Aboard the Ghost, in a Galaxy Far, Far, Away, Wednesday
"Okay," Kanan said, parked in the copilot's seat in the cockpit of the Ghost. "We'll be dropping out of hyperspace in just a few minutes. The planet we're stopping at is a fairly agrarian world, mostly grasslands with a few scattered mountains, and the presence of the Empire has been stepping up across the planet ever since they opened their industries to the Empire in an attempt to bail themselves out from economic disaster. Farmers are being run off their land and sent to a re-settlement camp with nothing to their names so that the Empire can dig up their homes for mineral deposits underneath."
The ship came out of hyperspace over a world that seemed to be about equal part ocean, stony mountain range, and grassland.
"We're going to be heading into that re-settlement camp," he pointed to the current night-side of the planet, "to deliver our cargo of supplies. We go in, we unload, and we leave. The faster we are about it, the better. We want to avoid too many suspicious eyes. Any questions?"

He was likely to be....very surprised if she had to use it. Honestly, Summer still surprised herself whenever she was behind one of those things.
"I didn't bring one," she admitted with a little bit of a wince. "I don't...really have one? I sort of need to get myself my own weapon, don't I, instead of just always depending on what's provided?"
There wasn't always going to be jello, Summer.
"In my defense, though," she added quickly, "Grampa Rick always brings just a ton of spare weapons whenever we go anywhere, so I usually don't have to worry about it."

Since she was taking the one weapon he felt okay using. He had the Force and his wits. If this became more complicated than just handing out seeds... he'd steal a blaster rifle off a Stormtrooper or something.

Ah, to think, there was a point in her life not too long ago where she would have approached it like it was diseased; now, she was more interested in testing how the weight of it felt in her hand and what kind of kick-back it had, if any.
Summer did fix Kanan with just a bit of a look, though, considering recent events, but she turned it into a smirk.
"Oh," she said, "you know I can."

"You can control the power settings with that control right there," he said, smirking and rolling his eyes, pointing it out. "There's a stun setting if you don't want to shoot to kill. Probably not a bad idea to leave it on that for our first run."
He paused, and then added, "If they're wearing buckets on their heads like Fandom's troopers, they're the bad guys."
He wasn't sure if he'd made that one clear yet.
