The Ghost, Parked at the Junkyard, Friday Afternoon
Credit where it was due, Kanan had actually gone outside today like a crazy person to check out the snow situation at the park. Stance had even come along, and had promptly needed a rescue from where he had gleefully belly-flopped into snow that rose well above his head. It had been hilarious, and had kind of made it perfectly clear that sword training in the park was going to be a no-go today.
And so anybody crazy enough to be out there looking for Kanan swinging his lightsaber around would instead be met with two sets of footprints, one human, one canine, leading back across the street to the junkyard, into the ship landing area, and right up to board that nice jewel-shaped freighter that Hera called her own. She was gracious enough to let him train his student in the cargo hold today, which he actually texted Tip about to let her know, and the ship had the added bonus of being heated and having a caf maker.
Really, why did he ever train outside?
Today, rather than doing personal training while he waited, he was rummaging for hot chocolate mix, running the caf maker, and trying to find a good place to situate a wet dog so that he couldn't cause mayhem around the ship. He suspected Chopper would be willing to take that last bit over before too long, if only because Chopper liked having someone to boss around.
[OOC: Open! Whether you're the student who got the text, you're crazy enough to make your way to the park in that weather and noticed the tracks, or you happen to own the ship! I NEED MY FRIDAY POSTS WHATEVER THE WEATHER, OKAY.]

Watch out, Hera. There was a wet puppy trying to duck between your legs to make his bid for freedom.

Chopper showed up in the doorway, extending one arm toward Stance and warbling crossly.

At least Kanan managed to catch the dog in his arms, but there was a grimace to go with it as the snow started to soak into the dry shirt he'd just changed into.
"I see things are going well here."

Hera took the opportunity to run up and wrap a towel around Stance, drying him as fast as she could. "Oh, no problem. As you can see."

He probably needed to actually train his dog using more than earnest conversations through the Force.

Considering the Boov built mostly out of bubbles, the differences were legion.
"So this is what it takes to finally get you to go indoors, huh? Waist high snow drifts?"

Being able to hold on to the thing was an important first step, after all.

She had heard so much about the droid.

Because of course Stance didn't want to be dry now that they were in out of the cold. Crazy dog. Kanan shrugged, and then went to go get two mugs. He needed some caf in his face, anyway.
"He's one hell of a personality, I warn you."

Poor Hera.
Poor Chopper.
Kanan couldn't even mind that in the end, Stance had gotten him wet all over again. The whole scenario had been absurd enough he could really only laugh it off.

Because that was how you complimented a person's space ship, sure.
