"Please don't," Kanan replied, grimacing and letting what felt like half a tree's worth of heart-shaped leaves and twigs drift to the ground.

A little teal cat made a thrilled mewing sound and started pouncing on them. Kanan shook his head, closed the cockpit's canopy down over the top of them and started to guide the ship up off the ground.

"Well," Brave Heart mused as he watched the Escape take off. "They seemed nice."

Even he sounded a little dubious, though.
